Basic Problem: You might have too many programs starting up and loading at the same time.
Worst Case Scenario: Your PC may be infected with viruses, spyware and/or malware. Your PC may have failing hardware.

3. I've lost network connectivity, what do I do?

Basic Problem: Either your Internet Service Provider is having problems or you may just have to restart your Cable/DSL modem and/or router.

4. My PC doesn't start-up at all, what's going on?

Worst Case Scenario: You may be infected with spyware massively and possible a virus or several viruses.
